The form of the building and its placement on site are determined as such to make the most out of the triangular geometry of the plot. The building is distanced as much as possible from the street, creating a large communal garden in the remaining space. The design is characterized by large balconies on every side of the building, strengthening the connection between each floor and the greenery of the garden or the neighboring river park. Large windows deliver open and bright interior spaces.
 

The building is comprised of three above-ground floors and one below-ground. It consists of nine apartments of two and three bedrooms, with each floor accommodating three units. A large garden, the building's entrance lobby and seven outdoor parking spaces constitute the ground floor. The lower ground level contains nine private storage rooms, one for each residence, as well as 10 underground parking spaces with provision for EV charging. The roof terrace will be mainly occupied by E/M systems, including solar panels and heat pumps.
