Inspired by elements found in iconic Athenian multi-story apartment buildings of the interwar and postwar period, the building’s architecture has a timeless elegance. Its form is seamlessly integrated into the urban scene, causing minimum disruption to the built environment, while providing a welcome fresh breeze to the neighborhood.
The building is comprised of nine above-ground floors and one below-ground. It offers 14 one-bedroom apartments of two different types spread over seven levels, with each floor accommodating two units. The building’s entrance lobby and five outdoor parking spaces constitute the ground floor. The lower ground level contains 14 private storage rooms, one for each residence.
